This house tries hard to emphasize that it was built in the 1970s, in the spirit of modernism, just like the neighboring shopping arcade.
But in fact, this is a mutant house. A closer look at the side faсade (on the right) catches a Tuscan column, well recessed into the wall.
In the summer of 2023, I’ve seen the same Tuscan columns through the windows. Considering these features, I would attribute the house to the late 19th century.
Following the same side of the street, one finds another mansion (140d Irinis Street), where similar Tuscan order columns were painted gold (now it houses the NFT Club).
